Each heirloom piece at Neue Heirloom Studio is handmade and one‑of‑a‑kind. Because of the nature of slow craft and unique items, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review all photos, descriptions, and details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. I will work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase, provided your order has not yet shipped.

Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Wauchula, Florida. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Packaging

Each heirloom piece is packaged with care to ensure safe travel. Items are wrapped securely and cushioned to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Domestic shipping is available within the United States.

Tracking

All orders include tracking information. You will receive an email notification once your order has shipped.

Refund Policy

Because each item is handmade and unique, refunds are not offered except in cases of shipping damage reported within the 48‑hour window.
