Damaged or Missing Items

We are fully committed to ensuring that your heirloom arrives safely.

Notification: If your piece arrives damaged or is missing a component, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution: We will promptly review the issue. Because our work is unique, a resolution may include a professional repair, a replacement of a non-custom component, or a studio credit at our discretion.

Note on Vintage Materials: Please note that our "Vintage Curiosities" often feature rescued porcelain and antique laces; natural wear or "character marks" inherent to aged materials are part of the piece’s story and are not considered defects.

Custom Commissions

All sales of custom-commissioned figures (Stitchlings and Whisperlings) and bespoke sun catchers are final.

The Process: Once the initial deposit is made, we begin the process of sourcing rare materials and hand-sculpting your piece. Therefore, deposits and final payments for custom work are non-refundable.
